When you placed an order, you would have received a hire confirmation email.

So you can send an email reply to your hire confirmation email to request for an extension by telling us the number of days you wish to extend for.

The hire extension prices are the same are the hire prices on our hire pages. But it would not include the deposit or delivery charge, so just the hire price based on the number of days you wish to extend by.

The router comes with unlimited internet data provided through the data providers we work with.

No, we do not slow down the speed of the internet.

We work with a range of internet data suppliers  such as Vodafone, EE, and Three network. When clients place an order to hire a device, we tend to cross check the coverage of all available networks  at the delivery address area of the client, so that we assign the best performing network to the client.

Refundable deposit are paid back after the returned device gets back to us. Once it has been issued, you should get an automated notification email from the payment processing company we use for handling the processing of payments. The email contains detailed information on the deposit that has been issued and timeline.

Your refundable deposit is refunded to the same account you used in making the payment for your hire. This is handled by an internationally trusted payment processing company. For security reasons we can only refund the deposit to exactly the same account used in making the hire payment.
