Next Day Delivery (Need Tomorrow?) |
Need device tomorrow(Next working day)? If you order before our last dispatch time and your selected start date of hire date is the next working day, the device would be dispatched through a “Next Working Day Delivery” service(no extra charge). You don’t need to select next working day delivery or chose a special delivery option, we do this as our standard way of sending packages to clients. Just place your order and we would dispatch it to arrive by your start of hire date as explained above.What time of the day would the device be delivered?Delivery company would deliver the package between 8AM – 2:30PM

How long does it take to deliver |
Your assigned device would arrive on your start of hire date(excluding Sunday and public holidays) or may arrive 1 day in advance as a courtesy when possible.
If your start date is a Sunday and we receive your order before our last dispatch time on Friday, your package will arrive on Saturday, else it would arrive on Monday. If your order is received working 1 day before your start date, your assigned device will be dispatched through a next working day delivery service so that is arrives on your start of hire date (excluding Sundays and public holidays).

What if I’m only spending 1 night at my first address |
It doesn’t matter how long/number of days you would be spending at your accommodation, we always aim to have the package arrive at your accommodation 1 day before you arrive there (customers that order 3 working days or more in advance).If you order less than 3 working days before your start of hire date, we would still aim to get your package to your delivery address by the start of your hire(start of hire date you selected) possibly through a next working day delivery service (this is done as standard, you don’t need to pay extra). |
Where can you deliver to? |
The package can be delivered to “Any”(Yes Any) delivery address in the United Kingdom (it does not matter if its a house, apartment, hostel, B&B or even an office) |
How do I return the device? |

Do I Sign? |
Where possible a signature is obtained by the postman/woman delivering the package to your address. Any one at the address can sign for it. |
What if I’m not in? |
If you are not at the property to accept the package, the delivery company would pass a leaflet through your door with instructions on how to pickup the package from a local collection point (normally a walking distance) or how to rearrange another delivery.
