Need Device tomorrow?

If we receive your order before our last dispatch time and your selected start of hire date is the next day, your assigned device would be dispatched through a “Next Working day” delivery service (excluding Sundays and public holidays). See our delivery information page for up to date delivery notification  

If your start date is a Sunday and we receive your order before our last dispatch on Friday (excluding public holidays), then your package will arrive on Saturday, else it would arrive on Monday.

If you order 2 or more working days before your start date:
Your assigned device would arrive on your start of hire date(excluding Sunday and public holidays) or may arrive 1 day in advance as a courtesy.
If your start date is a Sunday and we receive your order before our last dispatch on Friday, then your package will arrive on Saturday, else it would arrive on Monday.

Our last dispatch times are

  • Monday-Friday: 3PM daily, U.K time (excluding public holidays and Sundays)
  • Saturdays: 10AM
  • No dispatch or deliveries are done on Sundays or UK public holidays.

Your package would include a free return postage label. 

Use it in posting the device back to us at the end of your hire by packaging the router , sticking the label on the package and dropping it in one of the over 10,000 post office around the United Kingdom.
